Monday Night Meditations 2010

 held at An Tobar, Ardbraccan, near Navan, Meath

This is an open group and everyone is welcome

a new feature - the first Monday of every month will be an 'Open Heart' contributions evening

15 March	15 March 2010 Crystals - Talk & Meditation Bernadette Ball will share her knowledge and experiences with crystals
5 April	5 April - Open Heart Contributions You are invited to bring your own favourite literature to share with others, and / or a photograph or picture. The evening will include a healing circle, individuals reading a piece of poetry, song lyric or short piece of writing they have brought.  We will have a silent meditation on what has been shared. If you can't join us in person you might like to light a candle and join in 'spirit'.
12 April	12 April - Charity Meddy  For this evening all monies collected will go to a nominated charity We will discuss which charity we are going to support at 8 March get-together

	Summer Meditations the 3rd year of meditation in the beautiful grounds of An Tobar Exact dates to be announced
	Do you Feel the Force? There is a plan to share an evening considering energy through experience.  We all have different sensations during the healing circle and we want to explore more through simple demonstrations and experiments.  If you would like to be involved please contact Martin.
