TARA : HISTORIC IRELAND MAP
This is really a work in progress and it is a graphical representation of the Equinox line stretching from coast to coast across the country.
At both the Vernal and autumnal equinox sunrise and sunset an amazing array of sacred sites across the country are joined up including Baltray , four knocks, Skreen , Lismullin Henge, the meeting of the waters from the easterly and westerly flows on the hill of Tara, Corlea trackway, various ring forts and holy spots and finally Inish Boffin. The interesting thing about Boffin and Baltray is that both are cows, turned to stone through enchantment.....and thats only the start of things to come...........watch this space
